Job summary

Meiwapax Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

in Semenyih, Malaysia is seeking a full-time Production Operator to monitor line production flow, record output and rejects, check quality, and ensure clean working areas while supporting a cooperative team. The ideal candidate has experience in flexible packaging (an added advantage), can set machine parameters, troubleshoot on-line issues, and assist with material planning and start-up quality checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• To record the total output and total rejected goods every day.
• To check the Quality check form every day.
• To monitor on line production flow, quality control and quantity produced.
• To monitor the staff is working with good team work and efficiently to achieve the company goal and objectives.
• To train the operators on line.
• To request for material according to the daily planning schedule for each product.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the working area.
• To set and adjust machine parameter and submit for quality confirmation during start-up.
• To do trouble shooting when there is in-process complaints or other abnormalities.
• To check and report to section head when there is machine or supporting jigs failure.
• Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the superior or management.
