Job summary

MS CULINOLOGY VENTURE (M) SDN BHD is hiring a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Puchong outlet in Selangor. You will supervise staff, ensure recipes and service standards are followed, and maintain a high-quality dining experience for every guest.

The role requires familiarity with POS systems, helping with menu updates, stock takes, wastage tracking, and proactive communication with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on daily restaurant operation.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
• Ensure a high quality dining experience by all customers in line with policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system, assisting with maintenance of data in accordance with any menu changes, specials and beverage updates.
• Assist in stock take, ordering and receiving.
• Assist in tracking restaurant wastage and breakages
• Respond proactively to internal and external communications
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
