Job summary

RESTORAN UDANG HERITAGE LARKIN JB is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities, and ensure smooth workflow. You will supervise staff, monitor food quality, costs, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while coordinating with suppliers and management to hit targets.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance service quality with cost control in a busy dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate restaurant and kitchen staff.
• Ensure smooth kitchen workflow, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Assist with kitchen operations and food preparation during busy periods when required.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, food costs, wastage, and stock control.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Handle customer service, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational performance.
• Ensure restaurant facilities, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support management in achieving sales, quality, and operational targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
