Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read architectural/construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship standards.
• Identify defects and non-conformances on site.
• Work with project teams, consultants and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Drive workmanship improvements and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm defects are resolved.
• Ensure all construction works comply with QLASSIC standards and assessment requirements.
• Act as liaison between customers and contractors.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship standards
• Identify defects and non-conformances on site, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved
• Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues
• Drive improvements in workmanship and ensure consistent compliance with project specifications
• Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm defects are resolved
• Ensure all construction works comply with QLASSIC standards and assessment requirements
• Act as liaison between customers and contractors
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in site supervision/quality control within property development or construction
• Strong understanding and familiarity with QLASSIC standards and assessment requirements
• Good site inspection and quality control skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants, and customers
• Problem-solving ability, particularly in defect identification and rectification
• Customer service orientation, especially in managing defect-related complaints
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings and specifications
