Job summary

CS Yap Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the production team, enforce safety and quality standards, and optimize shop-floor workflows. The role emphasizes coaching, incident prevention, and continuous improvement to support efficient manufacturing operations.

You will monitor performance, ensure adequate staffing and resources, and drive improvements to minimize downtime and safety incidents while maintaining high product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading production teams and implementing safety procedures.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

• Ensure that production lines are adequately staffed and resources (accessories, materials, tools) are available as needed. Smooth, uninterrupted production processes.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in All Engineering Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing / Production or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
