Qualifications

• Assist in planning and executing Subsales strategies across residential, commercial, industrial, land, and auction segments.
• Coordinate and support training programmes, including scheduling, materials preparation, and post-training tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, training, and agents to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyse performance data (sales, transactions, training effectiveness, and market trends).
• Support content planning for LinkedIn and other marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing agent activities, including meetings, group discussions, and co-agency initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors for research, marketing materials, and collaborations.
• Support the development of sales kits, templates, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist in organising events such as open houses, training sessions, and internal briefings.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Subsales team, including ad-hoc tasks and agent inquiries.
