Role Description

The Senior Negotiator role is a full‑time, hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial work‑from‑home arrangements. The individual in this role will actively prospect for new property listings, manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers, and conduct property viewings and consultations. Daily responsibilities include negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal, banking, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Senior Negotiator will also provide market insights, advise clients on property values and investment opportunities, and maintain strong relationships through responsive, ethical service. In addition, the role involves participating in training, leveraging PropNex’s marketing tools and technology platforms, and contributing to team performance and agency growth.
