Step into a role where your friendly personality is your greatest asset. We are seeking a service-oriented Studio Consultant to welcome guests, build genuine relationships, and be the guiding light for customers as they dive into the fun world of DIY Baking, Pottery & Tufting!
Responsibility:
Create a happy and entertaining environment for customer during their Baking, Pottery, Tufting, Art & Craft experiences.
Consult customers in our products and services, assist them during the activities and events.
Build good relationships with customers, answer customers' enquiries.
Ensure that customers perform activities in a fun and happy atmosphere by maintaining open communication with them.
Ensure that all equipment, tools, and material are always cleaned, organized and in good condition.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate large group events and parties effectively.
Provide consultations to customers for signing up for membership packages.
Keep track of all suppliers and ordering materials when necessary.
Ensure that safety protocols are followed in the studio, including the proper use of equipment and handling of materials.
Any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
Capable of multitasking and work independently.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per scheduled.
Proficient in time management, customer service, and communication skills.
Conversational proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (optional but is a plus).
Pastry/ Culinary, Fine Arts background are an added advantage.
Working hours from 10am-7pm / 11am-7.30pm / 12:30pm to 9.00pm
