We are seeking an experienced and passionate Student Support Coordinator – Preschools to lead the delivery of SEN, inclusion, and early intervention across our eight preschool campuses.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the SSD specialist team, support early identification of additional needs, strengthen inclusive classroom practices, and work closely with teachers, school leaders, parents, and external specialists to ensure children receive appropriate and consistent support.
This is a multi-campus leadership role requiring strong knowledge of early-years education, inclusive pedagogy, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Lead and coordinate SEN and inclusion provision across all eight preschool campuses.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the SSD specialist team.
Support early identification, assessment, intervention, and monitoring of children with additional needs.
Provide guidance and, where appropriate, direct support through in-class and targeted interventions.
Lead teacher training and coaching in inclusive pedagogy and UDL.
Work with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, ABA teams, and other specialists to implement recommendations in the classroom.
Build positive partnerships with parents and support student transitions.
Ensure consistent documentation, intervention planning, progress monitoring, and reporting across campuses.
Promote a child-centred, inclusive culture across the preschool network.
Bachelor's degree in Special Needs Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in education, preferably with significant Early Years and student-support experience.
Experience in staff supervision, coaching, or team leadership.
Strong knowledge of SEN, early intervention, inclusive education, and UDL.
Familiarity with EYFS, IEYC, Mandarin-based curricula, and/or Kurikulum Prasekolah 2026 is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to work across multiple preschool campuses.
