Job summary

Eduguru Childcare Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a full-time basis. You will design and deliver individualized learning support for children with additional needs in a mixed-age setting.

You will collaborate with educators, create IEPs, monitor progress, communicate with parents, and liaise with therapists to support inclusive early childhood practice.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with children with additional needs (early intervention or inclusive settings preferred)
• Understanding of developmental milestones and differences (autism, ADHD, speech delays, sensory processing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each child's developmental needs
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support in an inclusive classroom
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and environment for diverse learners
• Monitor and document progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Communicate with parents/guardians about development
• Liaise with external therapists as required
• Support a warm, structured, and safe learning environment
