Job summary

Eduguru Childcare Services Sdn Bhd (Toddler Town International Preschool, Enso International Academy, Enso Vocational Academy) is seeking a dedicated Special Education Needs Teacher to join our team in Bangsar and other branches, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role supports inclusive education for children with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Special Education or Teaching, such as a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education with a specialisation in Special Needs, or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience working with children who have special education needs, including experience with learning disabilities, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other additional support requirements
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply too
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and external professionals
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs
• Ability to manage behaviour sensitively and implement positive behaviour support strategies
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple individualised education plans simultaneously
• Proficiency in English
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in special education
• Current First Aid and Child Protection certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific learning needs of each student
