Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dynamic professional to monitor student progress and report back to the Academic Team, while building strong relationships and guiding learners through their journey. You will support sales activities by engaging prospective students and helping them make informed decisions, and you will deliver consistent advice and solutions to help learners reach their goals.

You will work toward individual and team targets for engagement, presentations, and sales

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Monitor students' learning progress and communicate relevant updates to the Academic Team while taking appropriate follow-up actions.
Build strong relationships with students by providing motivation, guidance, and continuous support throughout their learning journey.
Support sales activities by engaging prospective students and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Provide consistent advice, feedback, and solutions to help students achieve their learning goals.
Achieve individual and team targets for student engagement, presentations, and sales performance.
