Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in education preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one consultations to prospective students and parents, offering guidance on suitable programs, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in the application and admission process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Follow up with potential students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their decision-making process.
• Conduct campus tours, showcasing facilities and highlighting key program offerings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, applications and enrolment progress in the CRM system.
• Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and open days to promote the institution and attract potential students.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, career counsellors, and industry partners to enhance student referrals.
• Assist in organizing workshops, talks, and information sessions for prospective students.
• Provide prompt customer service and follow-ups to students and parents.
• Work closely with the admission team to process applications efficiently and provide accurate documentation.
