Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
• Organize and participate in education fairs, open days, school visits, career talks, webinars, and recruitment events.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM or student management system.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment KPIs and enrollment targets.

About you

Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, education, or a related role is preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and external partners

Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills

Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel for school visits, education fairs, and recruitment events when required
