This is a student recruitment role focused on developing and implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets, engaging prospective students through multiple channels, and building relationships with schools and community organizations.
Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets
Identify and engage prospective students through phone calls, emails, social media, events, school visits, and other outreach activities
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities
Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and their parents or guardians
Follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions and enrollment process
Organize and participate in education fairs, open days, school visits, career talks, webinars, and recruitment events
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and other recruitment partners
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM or student management system
Achieve individual and team recruitment KPIs and enrollment targets
Collaborate with admissions, marketing, academic, and student services teams to ensure a smooth student experience
Diploma or bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, education, or a related role is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and external partners
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for school visits, education fairs, and recruitment events when required
