Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an education counsellor to guide students in shortlisting and applying to suitable courses and universities. You will provide online counselling to prospective students and participate in school visits, education fairs, and events to drive enrollments.

Success is measured by student enrollment numbers, with support via WhatsApp and other channels. Role may require travel for events and occasional weekend work during peak periods.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field.
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Goal-driven, energetic, and ready to hustle.
Enjoys helping others and has a results-driven personality.
Open to fresh grads and career switchers.

Responsibilities

Help students shortlist and apply to courses and universities that suit them best.
Provide online counselling to enquiring students.
Be involved in school visits, education fairs and events.
Your success is measured by the number of happy students who enroll into universities
Providing excellent counselling and service to students/parents through Whatsapp or other communication tools
Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak period.
