Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic education counsellor to guide students in selecting courses and universities that fit their goals. You will provide online counselling and participate in school visits and education fairs to connect with prospective students and parents.

Successful candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, willing to travel for events, and ready to work on weekends during peak periods. Training and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
Diploma or Degree in any field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Help students shortlist and apply to courses and universities that suit them best.
Provide online counselling to enquiring students.
Be involved in school visits, education fairs and events.
Your success is measured by the number of happy students who enroll into universities.
Providing excellent counselling and service to students/parents through Whatsapp or other communication tools.
Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak period.
