Jora Malaysia is seeking energetic individuals to counsell and guide students on courses and universities, with a focus on matching student goals and applications. The role involves online counselling, school visits, and participation in education fairs and events.

Successful candidates will engage with students and parents via messaging tools, travel for events when needed, and may work weekends during peak periods. Fresh grads and career switchers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in any field is acceptable.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
Candidates should be goal-driven and energetic with a consultative mindset.
Open to fresh grads or career switchers.

Responsibilities

Help students shortlist and apply to courses and universities that suit them best.
Provide online counselling to enquiring students.
Be involved in school visits, education fairs and events.
Your success is measured by the number of happy students who enroll into universities.
Provide counselling and service to students/parents via Whatsapp or other communication tools.
Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak periods.
