Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Part-Time Education Counsellor/Consultant to assist students in selecting courses and universities, and to provide online counselling services. The role includes involvement in school visits and education fairs, with duties extending to weekends and peak periods as needed.

Ideal candidates are goal-driven, energetic, and able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin. Fresh grads and career switchers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help students shortlist and apply to courses and universities that suit them best.
• Provide online counselling to enquiring students.
• Be involved in school visits, education fairs and events.
• Work full-time at Sunway Geo (Monday - Friday : 9am-6pm).
• Providing excellent counselling and service to students/parents through Whatsapp or other communication tools, often time outside of typical working hours.
• Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
• Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak period.

• Your success is measured by the number of happy students who enrol into universities. Work Commitments
