Job summary

MyEducation International Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Education Counsellor to advise students on course selections and career pathways, and to provide guidance on universities in Malaysia and overseas.

You will assist with student applications, communicate with students and parents, manage enquiries in the CRM, and participate in education fairs and school visits, while receiving training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand students’ needs and provide tailored guidance.
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of education counselling is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on course selection, career pathways, and study options.
• Provide guidance on universities in Malaysia and overseas, including the UK, Australia, US, Canada, Singapore, and Ireland.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to recommend suitable education pathways.
• Assist with student applications, documentation, and admission processes.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong relationships with students, including regular updates in the CRM system.
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and marketing activities.
• Stay updated on partner universities and programme offerings, and proactively share relevant information to support student enrolment.
