Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic education counsellor to help students shortlist and apply to suitable courses and universities. You will provide online counselling, participate in school visits and education fairs, and aim to achieve high enrollment satisfaction.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, and a flexible attitude to travel and weekend work, suitable for fresh graduates or career switchers.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field.
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Goal-driven, energetic and ready to hustle.
Open to fresh grads & career switchers!

Responsibilities

Help students shortlist and apply to courses and universities that suit them best.
Provide online counselling to enquiring students.
Be involved in school visits, education fairs and events.
Your success is measured by the number of happy students who enroll into universities.
Providing excellent counselling and service to students/parents through Whatsapp or other communication tools.
Willing to travel for company events when necessary.
Willing to work on weekends (when necessary) and during peak period.
