Job summary

MiLA Asia is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead analysis and design for building and civil projects, bridging traditional engineering with future digital technology, BIM, and AI‑Digital Twin development. You will collaborate with the technology team and grow into senior technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in structural analysis and design.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian codes and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake structural analysis and design with the team.
• Review and verify structural calculations, drawings and technical reports.
• Develop practical, efficient and technically sound engineering solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant Malaysian codes and engineering standards.
• Participate in structural engineering research, testing and technical development.
• Work closely with the technology team to translate engineering knowledge into digital engineering solutions.
• Learn and apply BIM workflows and digital engineering tools through structured on-the-job training.
• Contribute to the development of MiLA's future engineering, BIM and AI-Digital Twin technologies.
