Job summary

Reliant Design Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior BIM & Digital Engineering Coordinator to lead BIM execution and multidisciplinary model coordination for building and infrastructure projects.

This role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience, strong communication, and a passion for BIM, digital engineering, and construction technology. You will implement BIM standards, BEP, and collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality BIM outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, building design, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in BIM modelling and coordination within AEC/infrastructure/construction.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Experience with ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, or CDE platforms is a plus.
• Able to interpret Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and digital delivery across Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP disciplines.
• Manage BIM execution, model federation, clash detection, reviews, and coordination workflows.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams for efficient collaboration and issue resolution.
• Manage BIM deliverables, project documentation, and CDE workflows.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across projects.
• Drive BIM excellence and team development; mentor junior BIM modelers.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
