MiLA Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Structural Engineer with strong expertise in structural analysis and design to work on building and civil projects, applying your knowledge to real projects, technical development and engineering innovation. BIM experience is not required; on‑the‑job training will be provided to learn BIM and digital engineering.

You will review calculations, mentor junior engineers and develop practical, technically sound solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering is required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian codes and standards.
Proficient in structural analysis and design software.

Responsibilities

Lead and undertake structural analysis and design for building and civil projects.
Review and verify structural calculations, drawings and reports.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Develop practical, technically sound structural solutions.
Ensure designs comply with Malaysian codes and standards.
Participate in research, testing and technical development.
Collaborate with technology teams to translate knowledge into digital engineering.
Learn and apply BIM workflows through on-the-job training.
