Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Mass Communication, Statistics, Marketing or Mathematics.
• Experience or interest in business development, digital marketing and communication in insurance/financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive learner and team player.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with business information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading, managing, and executing strategies to drive productivity and growth across distribution channels for General Insurance/Takaful.
• Assist in delivering sales tools, marketing collaterals, and structured pitch materials for frontline staff and dealers.
• Assist in disseminating communications on sales rewards, incentives, and strategic initiatives across channels.
• Assist in organizing workshops, e-clinics, conventions, and offsite meetings to engage stakeholders.
• Assist in fulfilling sales incentives across channels with transparency and compliance.
• Support initiatives to improve overall customer experience in General Insurance/Takaful.
• Provide ongoing support to distribution channels with targeted business tools and performance insights.
