Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and maintain standardized dashboards, forecasting models, and monitoring frameworks across markets. You will build reusable BI assets and self-service tools to enable leaders to assess workforce trends, productivity, attrition, and cost effects.

You will work with HR, Finance, and senior leadership, translating insights into decision-ready outputs and ensuring governance across enterprise analytics programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, SQL, and either Python or R for modelling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning and reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated capability in driver-based forecasting, scenario modelling, and producing executive-ready outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate with senior leaders, HR and Finance.
• Knowledge of workforce design, organisation effectiveness, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Consulting background or COE experience in HR/Finance, particularly in scalable BI solutions, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and visualisations highlighting workforce metrics.
• Design analytical models and monitoring frameworks to validate planning assumptions, surface trends, and surface productivity and attrition insights.
• Define thresholds and alert logic to trigger automated insights and diagnostics.
• Deliver cadence-based reporting frameworks (monthly, quarterly) and reusable templates for planning cycles.
• Build BI products and reusable insight modules to support strategic decision-making.
• Create self-service toolkits for scenario analysis and workforce-risk assessment.
• Configure models to assess cost-efficiency and location strategy, embedding analytics into planning tools.
