Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Senior Leader to own the end-to-end delivery and governance of business dashboards across Local Business Units and Group stakeholders. You will coordinate data ingestion, transformation, validation, and visualization to provide a single source of truth for reporting.

You will translate business requirements into technical execution, ensure data standards, maintain data integrity, and drive delivery across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management and agile

Qualifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end data or analytics projects, especially dashboards.
Strong data lifecycle knowledge: ingestion, transformation, validation, reporting.
Experience with visualization tools Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Firebase).
Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
Cross-functional collaboration across business, analytics, data and Tech engineering teams.
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, quality delivery.
Agile mindset with focus on outcomes and delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation skills.
Balance strategic priorities with immediate delivery needs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of dashboard initiatives across LBUs and Group teams.
Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across the data lifecycle.
Coordinate between business teams, Data & Engineering, Product Owners and Group stakeholders.
Clarify ownership models and responsibilities across workstreams.
Oversee data pipeline implementation ensuring schema consistency across markets.
Maintain data quality, completeness, and governance practices.
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
Drive data ingestion approaches (APIs, batch pipelines) and solution design.
Manage UAT and Production release cycles with stakeholders.
Provide progress updates and risk communications to executives.
Maintain project artefacts and governance documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance data standardisation and dashboard usability.
