Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Malaysia is seeking a senior analytics lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery and governance of business dashboards across LBUs and Group stakeholders, ensuring accurate reporting and a single source of truth.

You will coordinate data ingestion, transformation, validation, and visualization, align metric definitions, and drive delivery across markets with close collaboration between business, data, and technology teams. Strong communication and agile mindset required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end data or analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, validation, reporting.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of dashboard initiatives across LBUs and Group teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate between business, data, and tech teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee data pipeline implementation and schema standardisation.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity through governance.
• Lead UAT and production release cycles with stakeholders.
