Job summary

Prudential in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior Analytics professional to lead Transformation Insights & Decision Support, Portfolio, Financial & Benefits Analytics, and Reporting, Data & Governance. You will own dashboards, KPIs, and scenario analyses to drive data‑driven decisions at executive level.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, finance or computer science.
• Significant experience in analytics, BI, portfolio reporting or MI roles.
• Strong Power BI, data visualization and dashboard development expertise.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience designing executive reporting and MI solutions.
• Experience establishing data governance and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of transformation reporting and analytics capabilities across the Group.
• Provide executive-level insights and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers across the portfolio.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance measures to support portfolio management.
• Own administration, optimisation and adoption of transformation reporting tools.
