Job summary

CIMB Group seeks a Manager, Workforce Planning (People Analytics) to lead forecasting, cost management, and analytics across the group. You will build models, dashboards, and automated solutions to enable data-driven decisions in budgeting, transformation, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in any discipline.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets, modelling, pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and executive storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce forecasting models for headcount, personnel costs, and productivity outcomes.
• Perform analytics and scenario modelling to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Analyse large workforce datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated analytical solutions for planning and budgeting.
• Monitor headcount movements and personnel cost performance against budgets and targets.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology and stakeholders to improve data quality and analytics capabilities.
• Conduct workforce demand and supply analysis to support strategic planning and capacity management.
• Support workforce strategies through labour market trends, demographics, and productivity indicators.
• Support transformation initiatives via workforce segmentation and future forecasting.
