Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics professional to lead transformation reporting and insights across the portfolio in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive the design of dashboards, KPIs, and data governance, partnering with senior leaders to shape investment decisions and performance insights.

The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and data visualization skills, with experience in executive reporting and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in analytics, business intelligence, portfolio reporting or MIS roles.
• Strong Power BI, data visualisation and dashboard development expertise.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience designing executive reporting and management information solutions.
• Experience establishing data governance and reporting standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of transformation reporting and analytics across the Group.
• Provide executive-level insights to support investment decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers across the portfolio.
• Develop KPIs and performance measures for portfolio management.
• Automate portfolio and benefits reporting across the portfolio.
• Establish integrated views of delivery performance and investment spend.
• Support leadership discussions with data-driven insight and scenario analysis.
• Own reporting standards, data definitions and governance processes.
