Job summary

Pan Asia Software Solutions in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Workday Specialist - HR Related Matters to configure, administer, and optimize Workday HCM modules on-site at Jalan Tun Razak. You will manage HR data in Workday, troubleshoot issues, and ensure payroll and benefits workflows run smoothly.

You'll partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, test new functionalities, maintain data accuracy, and document changes in line with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with HR data.
• Ability to coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize Workday HCM modules.
• Manage HR data in Workday and payroll/benefits workflows.
• Generate reports and coordinate with HR teams to implement changes.
• Document system changes and adhere to governance standards.
