Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SSC HR Employee Master data operations focused on Workday.
• Experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of APAC or EMEA HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment contracts and renewals in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Support enrolment and changes in employee benefit plans within Workday.
• Perform quarterly audits to ensure data integrity.
