Job summary
Grab is seeking a Solution Manager II, People Systems, to own Workday modules end-to-end, drive the functional roadmap, and lead a regional team of Workday specialists. Based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office, you will partner with Technology, Data, Payroll and Finance to deliver secure, compliant Workday solutions and optimize employee experiences.
You will manage BAU, enhancements, releases, and major projects, while translating complex business needs into scalable configurations and reports.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HRIS/People Systems, including 5+ years leading Workday solution delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the Workday functional team with clear priorities and growth plans
- Own Workday modules end-to-end including BAU support, upgrades, releases, and major projects
- Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations, reports and controls
- Govern full solution lifecycle from design to hypercare with strong governance
- Build partnerships across Technology, Data, Payroll and Finance to ensure data integrity and compliant solutions
- Identify and drive adoption of AI opportunities across Workday operations while maintaining governance
