Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee warehouse activities, inbounding, returns, inventory, outbound logistics, and maintenance. You will ensure SLA compliance, drive cost optimization, and lead regular team discussions to improve performance.

You will conduct analyses, forecast demand, and present actionable insights to management based on local market conditions, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy across the warehouse network.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment or warehouse management, operations, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment.
• Proven analytical and operational management skills.
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in the local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and strategically manage the warehouse in line with policies and vision.
• Oversee inbound inventory, returns, warehouse inventory, outbound operations, and maintenance.
• Ensure SLAs are met for all warehouse operations.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses, cost optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, and feasibility studies.
• Lead team briefings, weekly staff meetings, and regular performance reviews.
• Provide recommendations to management using analytics and local market insight.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on warehouse metrics, shrinkage, stock movement, and costs.
