• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem solving.
• Experience in operating model design and customer journey transformation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive engagement.
• Certifications in project/change management are a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver GCFS's strategic transformation agenda, translating enterprise priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Partner senior leadership to define future-state operating models, organisation design and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives across customer, workforce, operations, channels and technology.
• Drive portfolio prioritisation, value realisation and executive decision-making across strategic programmes.
• Develop business cases, performance insights and strategic recommendations to support critical investment decisions.
• Lead customer journey, service model and operating model redesign to improve growth, productivity and customer experience.
• Drive change, organisational readiness and workforce transformation to embed sustainable outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders and external advisors to deliver complex cross-functional transformations.
• Build and lead a high-performing transformation team while strengthening enterprise transformation capabilities and governance
