Job summary

Requirement:

• Solid experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation or operating model design, preferably within financial services or large complex organisations, holding a senior role.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analytical skills.
• Experience in operating model design, organisation effectiveness, customer journey transformation and change delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the ability to engage senior executives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills.Experience with leading consulting firms will be viewed favourably.
• Relevant certifications in project management, change management or process improvement are an added advantage
