Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 6–12 years of working experience in problem-solving and project management.
• Experience in business consulting and delivering transformation projects.
• Familiarity with customer strategy, experience, service and journey design, business transformation, operating model design, and process improvement.
• Experience in at least one of the listed competencies: customer strategy/experience, service design, innovation/design thinking, business transformation, process improvement, programme/project management, change management, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and workstreams with EY and client resources, ensuring quality, time and budget.
• Coach and develop junior team members in delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and lead executive-level discussions and workshops.
• Lead business transformation initiatives including operating model and future-state design.
• Oversee governance, risk, issues and reporting across programs.
• Support development of the Customer practice and new tools/methods.
