Job summary

Marrybrown Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Training & Development professional to lead the annual plan and execute programs for restaurant crews, supervisors, managers, and HQ staff. The role focuses on needs analysis, instructional design, and measuring training impact across departments.

The candidate will develop materials, e-learning content, assessments, and competency frameworks, while building internal trainers and aligning with HQ and outlets to drive performance and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Training & Development, HR, or F&B operations.
• Experience in F&B/retail/hospitality or fast-food is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, competency development and evaluation.
• Experience designing and delivering training for multiple employee levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Training & Development Plan aligned with business objectives.
• Identify training needs through TNA, performance reviews, and business requirements.
• Design and deliver training for restaurant crew, supervisors, managers, HQ staff and management teams.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, e-learning content, assessments, and competency programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA and other departments to align training with business needs.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Establish training standards and competency frameworks for different positions.
• Develop trainers and support Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Manage training records, attendance, certifications, and training hours.
