Job summary

HAJRIS HOLDINGS in Malaysia is seeking a Training Field Support to back the Training Manager in designing, enforcing, and delivering impactful ground-level training across all outlets.

You will conduct on-site and floor-level training, deliver onboarding, food safety, hygiene, and SOP training, travel to outlets regularly, and maintain clear training records while collaborating with HR, QA/QC, Marketing, and Operations to ensure strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, focusing on training, QA, and operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing and able travel to outlets regularly, own car preferred.
• Must possess at least three of the listed certifications (see below).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and floor-level training at multiple outlets.
• Deliver onboarding, food safety, hygiene, and SOP training.
• Support training during weekends and assist with operational audits.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with HR, QA/QC, Marketing, and Operations for compliance training.
• Ensure team competency and adherence to company policies and SOPs.

We are looking for passionate, proactive, and professional individuals to join our team as Training Field Support. These roles will support the Training Manager in designing, enforcing, and delivering impactful ground-level training across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and floor-level training at various outlets
• Deliver onboarding, food safety, hygiene, and SOP training
• Support ground training or operational audits during scheduled weekends
• Maintain up-to-date training records and reports
• Collaborate with HR, QA/QC, Marketing, and Operations for compliance-related training
• Ensure team competency and adherence to company policies and SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, specifically in training, quality assurance, and operations
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing and able(own a car) to travel to outlets regularly
• Must possess at least THREE (3) of the following certifications:

Accepted Certifications (Minimum 3):

• 1. HRDC TTT (Train the Trainer – Certified by HRD Corp)
• 2. ISO / QMS Certification
• 3. HACCP
• 5. Halal Certification (JAKIM)
• 7. SHO (Safety & Health Officer)
• 8. Basic First Aid Certification

Added Advantage:

• Experience in SOP development, audits, or opening new outlets
• Background in Quality Assurance, EHS, or HR Compliance
• Exposure to training in multi-outlet F&B or central kitchen operations
• An experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys coaching people
