HYGR SDN BHD is seeking a Retail & Business Development Manager to lead our retail accounts, offline channels, and B2B partnerships across distributors and retailers in Malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, improve sell-through, and expand strategic partnerships through strong collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Founders.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in Key Account Management, Retail Management, or B2B sales.
• Experience managing retail accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, AEON or distributors preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, inventory reports, and commercial performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Watsons, Guardian, AEON, pharmacies, specialty retailers, and distributors
• Lead account planning, negotiations, and annual business reviews
• Negotiate trading terms, promo calendars, product listings, display opportunities, and campaign participation
• Monitor weekly sell-out performance, ROS, inventory levels, and stock replenishment
• Identify and develop new B2B revenue opportunities with corporate gifting clients, hotels, resorts, gyms, wellness centres, airlines, event organisers, universities, government agencies, and corporate offices
• Develop partnership proposals, pricing structures, and business pitches
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and execution
• Oversee HYGR's owned offline channels including pushcarts, kiosks, pop-up stores, roadshows, event booths, and future retail stores
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and highlight key risks, opportunities, and recommendations to management
• Act as a key representative of HYGR in external meetings and events
