Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage administrative, operational and compliance processes from its Cheras, Kuala Lumpur base. The role supports marketing and business development while coordinating e-Perolehan, licenses and tenders.

You will engage customers, assist in tender submissions, and coordinate training and insurance renewals. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in administration, operations, tender management or similar role.
• Experience with e-Perolehan and government processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with licensing/regulatory requirements (KDN, PIKM, PBT) preferred.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative, operational and compliance processes for the company.
• Handle e-Perolehan submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and renew licenses (KDN, PIKM, PBT) and ensure up-to-date regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tender management for private and government sectors.
• Engage customers and support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Prepare, monitor and renew service proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Maintain records of SOPs, rules and regulatory requirements.
• Organize training programmes including CSG and TNG initiatives.
• Assist with telemarketing and research to engage potential clients.
• Coordinate insurance claims and annual policy renewals.
