Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the entire tendering process, including bid preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Review and analyze tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
• Conduct market research to support competitive pricing strategies.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Execute contract administration, such as contract document stamping, bank guarantee and renewing insurance.
• Assist in contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for DSSB.
• Monitor and track tender progress, deadlines, and submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Ensure contract compliance, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Support the procurement team in contract execution and vendor management.
• Assist in client and vendor registration and renew necessary company documents.
• Assist and report tender and RFQ opportunities coming in from the client ERP system.
• Prepare and report the progress of tender and contract activities to CP Manager.
