Job summary

SKA Rekabina Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Tender Contract Executive (Junior & Mid-Level) to support the end-to-end tender process in Selangor. You will help manage incoming tenders, review documents, and assist in developing competitive pricing.

You will coordinate with the Assistant Contract Manager, prepare cost libraries, gather supplier quotations, and ensure timely submissions by monitoring deadlines and coordinating with relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating all incoming tenders, reviewing documents, requirements, and submission conditions.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Contract Manager on tender strategies, pricing, and submission approaches.
• Prepare, update, and maintain the cost library for tender pricing and reference.
• Request, evaluate, compare, and follow up on quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for tender pricing.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, including pricing, supporting documents, and schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary information and documents for submissions.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of tender documents.
