We are looking for a Specialist - Talent Sourcing who enjoys learning and values teamwork. This role requires proactive sourcing, engaging top talent across multiple channels, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver outstanding candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and proactively identifying top talent.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
• Willing to work onsite at the client's office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with recruiters to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Devise sourcing strategies with experts to deliver strong candidates and influence conversations with hiring managers.
• Provide talent intelligence during vacancy briefing calls and discussions with clients’ business needs.
• Lead discussions with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and unique selling points of the role.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to amplify client brands and attract candidates.
• Use the AMS network to build sourcing strategies across channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage the right audience.
