We are looking for a Specialist - Talent Sourcing who enjoys learning and values teamwork. This role requires proactive sourcing, engaging top talent across multiple channels, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver outstanding candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and proactively identifying top talent.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
• Willing to work onsite at the client's office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with recruiters to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Devise sourcing strategies with experts to deliver strong candidates and influence conversations with hiring managers.
• Provide talent intelligence during vacancy briefing calls and discussions with clients’ business needs.
• Lead discussions with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and unique selling points of the role.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to amplify client brands and attract candidates.
• Use the AMS network to build sourcing strategies across channels (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage the right audience.

If you have experience proactively sourcing and engaging top talent, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering effectively with stakeholders and recruiters, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

Act as a Trusted Adviser

• Work with Recruiters to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Leverage your existing experience, knowledge, and resources whilst also working with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies that enable you to deliver great candidates and lead and influence conversations with your hiring managers.
• Provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and talent intelligence in
• recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the
• discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements, and unique selling points of the role.
• Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent in the market, not just those who are actively on the market.
• Review and post compelling, accurate job adverts that amplify your client’s brand and attract candidates to review and apply.
• Use your knowledge and established network at AMS to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools.

Value Candidate Experience

• Champion your candidates. Have honest, quality career discussions that assess candidate suitability for each role and bring your client’s brand to life so that candidates feel excited at the prospect of joining them.
• Demonstrate a commitment to your candidates so that they feel valued throughout the recruitment process. Keep them updated and informed, following up with Recruiters and Hiring Managers when needed.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates so they become client advocates, irrespective of hiring outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing and proactively identifying top talent.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
• Willing to work onsite at the client's office five (5) days per week.
