You will develop sourcing strategies, build a strong talent pipeline via LinkedIn and portals, and partner with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• Strong recruitment experience, preferably across academic and non-academic roles.
• A proactive, resourceful personality with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening and offer stage.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and other sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements and candidate expectations.
• Proactively identify alternative sourcing approaches when traditional channels fall short.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring data and records.
