Job summary

Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Johor Bahru. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from posting roles to interviews, offers and onboarding, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in recruitment, strong communication, and experience with Workday/ATS and digital recruitment tools. This role supports employer branding and collaborates with hiring managers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience or related HR role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline, ageing, vacancy status, and hiring-lead time data.
• Work with hiring managers and HRBP to understand manpower requirements and hiring decisions.
• Develop and post job advertisements across portals, social media, and recruitment channels.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, fairs and other channels.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events for priority/critical roles.
• Support Workday/ATS recruitment workflows, data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment-to-onboarding handover with HR Services and monitor joining risks.
