Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across SEA markets. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The role involves managing full lifecycle recruiting, ATS usage, and delivering a candidate-centric process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, experience across SEA, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with end-to-end recruitment responsibility.
• At least 2 years' experience supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner by delivering a consultative and service-oriented approach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Create and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channels.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media platforms, networking, and other talent channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interview assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes and facilitate timely feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS systems.
