Job summary

Seagate Technology in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions in Malaysia and Singapore.

This role partners with leaders and hiring managers, drives workforce planning, builds talent pipelines, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition across manufacturing, tech, electronics, or multinational settings.
• Experience managing high-volume manufacturing and professional hiring.
• Knowledge of Malaysia/Singapore labor markets and recruitment practices.
• Proficient in sourcing, interviewing, and talent pipelines; data-driven mindset.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills; English fluency; Mandarin/Bahasa a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate workforce needs into TA plans.
• Own full recruitment lifecycle across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Lead high-volume manufacturing recruitment for operators, technicians, supervisors, and related roles.
• Provide market insights, analytics, and workforce planning guidance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines through direct sourcing and networking.
• Support governance, candidate experience, and continuous process improvements.
